30 If thou didst so much hate thy people, yet shouldest thou punish them with thine own hands. (Esdras made a comment that the "Most High" should have not turned us over to the wicked ones, but if you get out of line with the "MOST HIGH" he allows the wicked ones to punish you but they went way out of bounds in showing us no mercy, so the WICKED ONES who took us in slavery WILL BE PUNISHED HARSHLY WITHOUT MERCY BY THE "MOST HIGH our POWER").

41 And I said, Behold, O Lord, yet art thou nigh unto them that be reserved till the end: and what shall they do that have been before me, or we that be now, or they that shall come after us?

43 So I answered and said, Couldest thou not make those that have been made, and be now, and that are for to come, at once; that thou mightest shew thy judgment the sooner? (No the Earth Is Like A Women that can only bear to have one or a few children at a time, not birth forth all at once)

46 And he said unto me, Ask the womb of a woman, and say unto her, If thou bringest forth children, why dost thou it not together, but one after another? pray her therefore to bring forth ten children at once. (SHE COULD NOT HANDLE IT AND NEITHER CAN MOTHER EARTH, IT WOULD BE TO MUCH TO BEAR).
47 And I said, She cannot: but must do it by distance of time. (YES, NOW HE UNDERSTOOD).

51 He answered me, and said, Ask a woman that beareth children, and she shall tell thee.
52 Say unto her, Wherefore are unto they whom thou hast now brought forth like those that were before, but less of stature? (THE DNA AND FLESH STRENGTH GETS WEAKER WITH AGE NOT AS ROBUST IN NATURE, ADAM AND EVEN WERE MUCH LARGER, STRONGER, AND WISER THAN WE ARE TODAY).
53 And she shall answer thee, They that be born in the the strength of youth are of one fashion, and they that are born in the time of age, when the womb faileth, are otherwise. (WE ARE WEAKLINGS COMPARED TO OUR MORE ROBUST FOREFATHERS, IE. BEFORE THE FLOOD OF NOAH, EVEN OUR LIFE SPANS WERE GREATLY REDUCED OVER TIME, IE. METHUSALEH 969 YEARS OLD).
54 Consider thou therefore also, how that ye are less of stature than those that were before you.
55 And so are they that come after you less than ye, as the creatures which now begin to be old, and have passed over the strength of youth.
56 Then said I, Lord, I beseech thee, if I have found favour in thy sight, shew thy servant by whom thou visitest thy creature.
There has already been a DNA prescreenig process that has been conducted on most people from birth. They have checked the genetic signitures and traits in the blood/flesh/body and have compiled an enormous DNA Database, one of which is in UTAH.
Like I said before everyone is not quite human, and some bear hidden Nephilimic Fallen Angel DNA gentic traits which is currently laying dormant in the DNA/Blood/Flesh/Body. Others have Cain’s blood coursing through their veins and flesh bodies, Cain is Satan’s Child, these Reptilian traits will also come forth in the future among the wicked.
These genetic DNA signitures are currently laying dormant in most of mankind’s DNA/Blood/Flesh/Bodies, MAN-KIND IS A TYPE OR KIND OF MAN BUT NOT NATURAL OR NOT CREATED BY THE PRIMARY DNA SIGNITURES OF “MOST HIGH” FROM THE BEGINNING, NO DARWIN THEORY FOR NATURAL SEED/DNA BEING/PEOPLE, WE ARE WHAT WE ARE.
Most of these so called people or unatural seed/DNA mankind have PURE RH- Negative Blood and many don’t know that they have these bad/evil genetic signitures in the blood/DNA/flesh/body.
The US government, world governments, and Powers That Be around the world have been checking for these genetic signitures in the blood for the last almost 200 years, and they fully understand that “LIFE/SPIRIT IS IN THE BLOOD”.

The US government also knows that the COSMIC RAINS will revive these dormant hidden bad/evil DNA traits and the Hybrids of Old will come forth.
