An Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating expressing puzzlement as to why the United States top Special Forces command, that is currently directing the war in Yemen against Houthi rebel forces, has this past week taken over a number of Walmart stores in America and is now converting them to Command and Control (C2) Centres.

According to this report, SVR electronic intelligence analysts tasked with overseeing their American counterparts this past week identified a series of mysterious communications between the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM), located at MacDill Air Force Base (MCF) in Tampa, Florida, their subservient counterpart located at the US Naval Expeditionary Base Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti (where the war in Yemen is being directed from), and…of all places…from a suddenly closed Walmart store in Brandon, Florida just 20 kilometers (13 miles) from their main headquarters.

In following these SOCOM communications, this report says, a further strangeness was discovered when C2 links were also found existing between the, likewise, suddenly closed Walmart store in Pico Rivera, California and the massive US Marine base Camp Pendleton located 119 kilometers (74.0 miles) apart…a suddenly closed Walmart store in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Tulsa Air National Guard Base (TANGB) located 16 kilometers (10 miles) apart…a suddenly closed Walmart store in North Midland, Texas, and Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas, located 416 kilometers (259 miles) apart…a suddenly closed Walmart store in Livingston, Texas, and the highly secretive US Homeland Security base located at the Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base (EFJRB) in Houston, Texas, located 119 kilometers (74 miles) apart.

As to why all of these Walmart stores spanning the entire length of the United States were suddenly closed, this report continues, US news sources are reporting that they all mysteriously experienced the exact same plumbing problem…but which local news sources, from California to Florida, quickly discounted as being not true.

More ominous, however, of the sudden closing of these Walmart stores, this report states, is their location in what has been described as the “main combat target zone” of a massive SOCOM military exercise planned for the United States called “Jade Helm”, whose ending in September (coincidentally?) exactly coincides with the 6 month date all of these stores have stated they will remain closed for until they reopen. more

There has been some strange things going on here in Butte, MT. Almost
every week there has been some type of training going on. In the past
several months the air space over Butte has been alive day and night with
all types of military.

We have seen helicopter drills landing taking off
and pattern flying with one to several choppers at different times. Other
times we are seeing different military planes doing the same things. This
week our local paper got some good pics of para jumpers in the sky over our
city. The paper stated that the training is military doing drills as high
altitude training ….

The paper also stated that military is being dropped
in the Highlands (our local mountain range out side of Butte)…. Sorry for
the vague descriptions of the aircraft, as I am not military so I can not
give exact models, But I can tell military from civilian air craft….Many
people have been talking around town about the activity and some talk is
that the para jumpers were foreign troops getting training
here?……….

Then tonight I was driving home by the airport as I do
daily, do to where I live..It was just about dark and there was a huge dust
cloud blowing from the airport. As I made my way down a side street that
parallels the airport boundary fence I see this long line of 4 wheelers
riding the dirt road boundary of the airport maybe 8-10 all in line like
they were doing a patrol or getting to know the boundaries….

I also have a
friend that is a well known atv instructor here and he has told me in the
past he was hired to take military into the mountains on atvs and train
them how to ride…..I have not asked if the people he is training were
foreign because he is usually pretty quiet about what they do on the atv
trainings…

For many years we have been cross training with foreign troops. Some may say that it’s very odd that we cross train with the Russians, but it’s actually been normal and going on for a very long time. The question is “why are we still training with them when Russia is threatening nuclear war against us every other week lately”? You say “it’s just political rhetoric”. Then why are there surface to air missiles being popping up, and being placed at the ready, all over the U.S. right now, specifically Texas? Why is Obama all of a sudden taken an interest in Cuba’s freedoms, just months after Russian warships were docked there? We have also implemented Russia (UN Troops) into our countries emergency response plans, and even though we are at odds with them (putting this lightly), they are still part of our plans.

You can see, this all just leads to more questions with no concrete answers.

construction project manager and was contacted and interviewed for this
project last August. They will be implementing the Mark of the Beast

Army personnel told me they have been having drills on the base that are announced over the PA system and with alert sirens. None of the local soldiers seem to know anything about Jade Helm 15. One of the soldiers said he thought about the question regarding Jade Helm 15 during the numerous drills recently.
