The X-Files just completed the last episode of its reboot season and boy was it a whopper. The season was widely criticized for falling short of expectations, but it was packed with gems that pointed retrospectively and forward from the work on Enterthe5t4rz You Tube channel.
Alien DNA is initially postulated as the reason for a worldwide outbreak that diminishes the immune systems, causing all of humanity to fall ill. But, in a twist of the plot, Scully reverses her initial suspicions and discovers that it is the alien DNA that can protect humanity from getting sick by reinforcing their immunity.

The opening of the episode
In the screen shots above and below, we see 'This is the End' and a date on the tombstone. The song by R.E.M., It's the End of the World As We Know It, released on 11/16, the same date on the tombstone in this leap year. Why is this important? Because the mirror date of 11-16 is Valentine's Day, 2016 (the video at the bottom of the story explains in more detail). Why is Valentine's Day, 2016 important? Because, in Ghostbusters II, a woman says the 'world will end' on Valentine's Day 2016!
