THIS SCENARIO HAS AN EERIE FAMILIARITY TO IT…

Not that long ago I did a post on how an AN EMP ATTACK WOULD KILL 90% OF US POPULATION. Prior to that I did post titled: NSA PLANNING FALSE FLAG TO TAKE DOWN POWER GRID. I don’t know how many people would be wiped out if the entire Southwest U.S. lost power, but the scenarios are shockingly similar. There is one major difference between the EMP scenario, and the one that seems to be unfolding right now: THE TRAINING FOR MARTIAL LAW JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE ALREADY IN PLACE FOR THE EXACT AREA TARGETED.

ZERO HEDGE reports:

A 4.8 magnitude earthquake (originally reported 5.4) shook Las Vegas and surrounding areas Friday morning causing roads and bridges to be closed. The quake went little-reported outside of local news (since there was at first glance minimum damage caused) but, since the quake's occurrence, something considerably more worrisome has occurred.

In the 36 hours since the quake's occurrence, water levels at Lake Mead have plunged precipitously. While we know correlation is not causation, the 'coincidence' of an extreme loss in water levels occurring in the aftermath of one of the largest quakes in recent Vegas history does raise a suspicious eyebrow - especially when there has been no official word on the precipitous decline.

The earthquake hit mid-morning on Friday:

A 4.8 magnitude earthquake shook Las Vegas and surrounding areas Friday morning, forcing loose a rubber casing on a bridge and leading state officials to close Spaghetti Bowl interchanges for several hours.

After the Nevada Department of Transportation inspected bridges for possible structural damage, they deemed the roads safe for travel and reopened them just before 5 p.m. Traffic had backed up for miles during the closures, which came at the start of the Memorial Day weekend.

The quake, which hit at 11:47 a.m., was centered about 23 miles south-southwest of Caliente, the U.S. Geological Survey said. The magnitude was originally reported as 5.4, but the official number was lowered twice Friday.

The ramp from southbound U.S. Highway 95 to southbound Interstate 15 was closed about 12:20 p.m. Friday, officials said.

“The joint damage was pre-existing. The tremblor simply dislodged the protective rubber encasing the bridge seam making it look much worse than it was in reality” and prompting an immediate shutdown of the ramps, NDOT engineer Mary Martini said in a news release about 3:45 p.m.

Since then, official water level data shows an incredible 8 foot plunge in water levels since the earthquake.

If the water level drops below 1,075 feet elevation by January 1, 2016, it will trigger a federal water emergency. And water rationing.

Las Vegas Review Journal reported that forecasters expect the level to drop to 1073 feet by June, before Lake Powell would begin to release more water. Assuming “average or better snow accumulations in the mountains that feed the Colorado River – something that’s happened only three times in the past 15 years,” the water level on January 1 is expected to be barely above the federal shortage level.

Even with these somewhat rosy assumptions of “average or better than average snow accumulations,” the water level would begin set new lows next April. But if the next winter is anything like the last few, all bets are off.

If the level drops below 1050 feet, one of the two intake pipes for the Las Vegas Valley, which gets 90% of its water that way, will run dry.

THE NETWORK IS AN EXTENSIVE NETWORK OF TUNNELS AND BASES UNDER U.S. SOIL…

It has been speculated Walmart is connecting to the US underground tunnel network. That speculation only grows with Walmart’s shocking and abrupt decision to shut down 5 of its stores, each for 6 months, in 4 different states (Pico Rivera, CA; Midland, TX; Livingston, TX; Tulsa, OK; Brandon, FL). Apparently, employees were given only 5 hours notice. They were also given 60 days severance pay. The official excuse given by Walmart is plumbing problems, which is sheer nonsense. It does not take 6 months to repair a few toilets, or even to replace a sewer line. In fact, Walmart could erect an entire new store within that time frame! Giant corporations run on greed and profits; it is unthinkable that they would willingly forgo 6 months of revenue for such a small problem. So what’s really going on? Is Walmart perhaps preparing for some massive event due to come? Are they connecting to the US underground tunnel system?

DOES THE LAKE MEAD INCIDENT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE MILITARY BUILD-UP IN COLORADO?

Earlier this week Star Fox at The Activist Post reported that Military Vehicles Are to Crowd Highways During Colorado’s Largest Military Convoy Since WWII

Nearly 650 MILITARY VEHICLES are set to crowd Colorado highways as they travel from Fort Carson to the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site east of Trinidad in a training exercise taking place from May 26 – 30.

The convoy, the largest in Colorado since World War II, will consist of 300 Stryker armored vehicles, hundreds of trucks and humvees and will transport more then 4,000 soldiers, reports the Colorado Gazette.

Military planners have taken eight months to draw up the convoy’s plan and work with local authorities to ease the impact on commuters as the massive convoy rolls approximately 154 miles through the state.

The trek will consist of dozens of 15 – 30 vehicle convoys that will depart every half hour on “convoy days”.

According to the Colorado Gazette the exact route of the convoy has not yet been released due to security concerns but it is expected to run down Interstate 25 or Colorado 115.

The long drive is the first part of a simulated war called Raider Focus that the soldiers will spend weeks taking part in presumably at the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site. There are no specifics as to what Raider Focus will entail.

As reports of Raider Focus surface along with the Jade Helm Military exercise on the horizon, there is no doubt the weariness spreading across America over the recent spree of military activity will intensify.

Interestingly, billionaire investor George Soros told the World Bank this week that the planet is on the verge of a third world war that will arise out of a economic catastrophe in China.

Paul Joseph Watson of Propaganda Matrix reports:

The billionaire warned that China’s difficulty in transitioning from an export economy to a domestic demand-led system could force Beijing to whip up a conflict with an external enemy in a bid to keep the country from collapsing.

Soros said the only solution to the prospect was to allow China to join the IMF’s basket of global currencies so that it could compete with the dollar.

Without this measure, Soros warned that, “there is a real danger that China will align itself with Russia politically and militarily, and then the threat of third world war becomes real, so it is worth trying.”

COULD SOROS BE HINTING AS TO WHAT ALL THIS DOMESTIC MILITARY ACTIVITY IS PREPARING FOR?
