Nibiru's magnetic grip will slow the Earth's rotation until rotation ultimately stops for a few days, as a final warning before the Earth will shift on its axis 90 degrees.

All this data says one thing to this writer - our governments are frightened and are reacting to whatever it is that is frightening them. And since NASA & the government are aware of this (even as they keep it blacked-out to the public) this could explain the frantic and rash actions of the government lately: maintaining heightened control over the population, suspending constitutional freedoms, distracting the public with wars with uncertain "enemies" while they fearfully attempt to protect themselves AND THEIR POWER in such a disaster scenario.
The government has described it's plans for what it calls a "shadow government" - or a battery of underground control centers from which they can govern while in remote, disaster-proof (they hope) comfort.
My own preliminary conclusions (based on available data) are: There is credibile reason to prepare for this now.
It's also only logical to prepare for disaster at ANY time.
