Sheriff Joseph Arpaio will announce tonight -- on Channel 3 News, Phoenix AZ -- that he will hold a press conference on the official investigation of Obama's birth certificate on December 15th, 2016. The upcoming December 15th, 2016 press conference will be held at the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office training center in Phoenix, Arizona. Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Mike Zullo will be speaking.
