Both the Democrats and the Republicans have policies related to the presidential ticket with regard to last minute replacements. However, the two major political parties do not have the final word on a last minute replacement.
Congress is the ultimate decision maker with regard to a change of the election date under Article II of the United States Constitution. Article II allows Congress to set dates for the selection of presidential electors and when the members of the electoral college will actually vote.
The election extension would not be indefinite as Congress would face a drop dead December deadline because the U.S. Constitution’s 20th Amendment requires that all congressional terms expire Jan. 3 and presidential terms must expire, at the latest, on January 20th. Though it’s conceivable to split legislative and presidential elections, they generally happen at the same time. Now these dates are indeed predicated on a government that is following the rules and that assumption is indeed risky given the recent behaviors of President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, FBI Director Comey and of course the grand Queen of Crime, Hillary Clinton. It would not surprise me if Obama dictated terms through an executive order as he has illegally done so many times before.
Will There Be An Election?
There are a flood of recently discovered reasons of why Clinton becomes a threat to her globalists handlers (e.g. George Soros, David Rockefeller, Lord Rothschild). Every day that Clinton remains in the race, she becomes an increasing liability to the shadow global government. With each criminal revelation, Clinton further exposes the identities and the evil nature of her backers. In fact, it could be said that the Clinton Foundation revelations are the barometer of the depth of criminality which permeates the political career of Hillary Clinton.
With regard to Clinton’s Presidential campaign, Hillary has been missing in action for several days and has not done a press conference in months. Is it health, or is it due to the fact that she has no answers for continual revelations of criminality.
More Benghazi Revelations
The U.S. State Department has been caught hiding Clinton emails on the subject of Benghazi.The Associated Press is reporting that the FBI has also discovered dozens of emails related to Benghazi, and that Clinton failed to hand over these specific emails at the legal request of Congress in late 2012 and early 2013.
It does not matter what is in these emails, with regard to the fact that Clinton is already guilty of obstruction of justice and perjury, for lying under oath to Congress. If the former HSBC criminals Loretta Lynch and James Comey were not the Attorney General and the FBI Director, respectively, Clinton would be taking the perp walk this morning and her campaign would be over.
Revelations that the State Department Was for Sale
An entire department of the US government was guided by one principle, influence pedaling.
“When former secretary of state and current Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton finally capitulated and turned over her now infamous e-mail server to investigators last year, she had all of its data deleted first. She claimed — time and again — that she had already turned over all work-related e-mails on a USB drive and that she and her staff had only deleted those e-mails that were entirely personal. Given her long chain of lies and half-truths on this and other topics, it will come as no surprise that she lied. Again.”
What this recent rash of emails revealed was that, under Clinton, State Department policy was for sale to the highest bidder and this included rogue nations that support terrorism.
Judicial Watch Keeps the Full Court Press On
Judicial Watch, an organization that I hold in the highest regard, has submitted questions to Clinton, that she must answer to, under oath by September 29th. A list of the questions can be viewed here. This is just one more nail in the political coffin of Hillary Clinton. She is caught in the proverbial Catch 22.
More Headaches for Clinton with Regard to the Foundation
Every day, more and more stories of corruption and government for sale emerge with regard to the criminal behavior of America’s modern day version of Bonnie and Clyde (e.g. Bill and Hillary) and their Mafia organization, the Clinton Foundation. These stories range from arranging arms deals with terrorist states to accepting outright bribe money which in turn drove State Department actions.
Even the ultra liberal New York Times (NYT) called for Clinton to distance herself from the Clinton Foundation. That is telling Bonnie and Clyde to distance themselves from their bank robberies. The mere fact that the NYT would call for Clinton to walk away from the Foundation speaks to the fact that the rule of law will never be respected by anyone who calls themselves a Democrat.
The Eulogy of the Clinton Campaign
For the record, The Common Sense Show does not advocate, nor approve of violence as a means to enact justice. My organization wants to see Clinton take the perp walk to prison. It is only in that manner can justice truly be served. However, there are those of the criminal elite who will seek to spin the tailspin that is the Clinton campaign. This is who she truly works for.
Here is Soros choice for President. He will see her elected at any cost. In effect, Soros Will be the next president of the United States.
Clinton is a globalist and a globalist wants a WW III of unification and the collapse of the United States.
As I stated at the beginning of the article. Hillary is a liability for the shadow, criminal establishment. Many are beginning to question whether Hillary’s demise will be due to natural causes or assassination.
If Hillary is forced to withdraw from the race for medical reasons, the election will in effect be handed to Donald Trump. If she is assassinated by, say, a lone nut Republican, a Trump supporter with a diary stating intentions, the sympathy factor could kick in and give the Democratic Vice Presidential candidate, or even someone like John Kerry, a fighting chance. Personally, I believe that if Hillary’s days are numbered, we will see an accompanying false flag event which will stop the election and take away the decision making power from Congress with regard to selecting a president.
There is one thing that you can count on. No matter how many Judicial Watch type of revelations there are, Hillary will never leave office because of her corruption because Lynch and Comey are tied to her criminal corruption. And as I said, everyday that she stays in the race, her ties to the CFR, the Trilaterals and the Bilderbergs gets further exposed. Tick-tock, time is running out for Hillary Clinton. does anyone doubt that the criminal elite would have any hestitation in taking out their garbage and dumping their trash in the nearest trash bin?
