SICKENING footage has emerged, of a UK citizen abusing a helpless dog and throwing it down the stairs for fun and it has been branded as some of the cruelest footage ever witnessed by the RSPCA (The Royal Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Animals), who investigated the case.
Callous Andrew Frankish is seen hurling the terrified dog repeatedly from the top to the bottom of the staircase while squealing in delight.
Another clip shows a giggling Frankish holding the mortified bulldog called Baby above his head, before asking his younger brother Daniel Frankish who was filming the whole sick episode on a mobile phone camera: “Should I?”
Later, he pile-drives the dog's head first on the ground before bouncing on the poor animal like a trampoline.
Between head butting the dog and stamping on her head and chest, his equally vile sidekick joins in the torture of the whimpering animal, saying: “See if we can make it scream any more. We should throw it down the stairs by its ears…"
Although the Frankish’s believed that the footage of the onslaught was private as it was recorded on their personal camera phone, unlucky for them, the SD card that held the sordid secrets dropped out when they were out shopping and was found by a member of the public, who recognized the sick brothers from the clip and alerted the police, which led to their arrest.
Unbelievably 22-year-old Frankish, formally of Southampton Street, Redcar, North Yorkshire, England (the family apparently moved out like rats in the night after this became public) and his 18-year-old brother who filmed the assault, were only given suspended prison sentences plus curfews. They were also banned from keeping animals for life and ordered to pay just £300 costs.
Investigators in the case said: “We found out during the interview that the dog, who was a family pet, was put to sleep around three months after the video was recorded, after finally succumbing to her injuries and losing the use of her back legs".
